Student Policy

PTE APAC always strives to provide the best quality for our students. Below are the policies and benefits when you enroll in English courses at PTE APAC.

Benefits

Policies

1. Fee Reduction Policy

In addition to regular fee reduction policies, PTE APAC offers fixed fee reduction policies as follows:

• 5% discount for each sibling studying at PTE APAC
• 5% discount on total fees for students paying every 6 months
• 10% discount on total fees for students paying for more than 6 months at once (9 months, 12 months, etc.)

Note: Each policy applies only once and cannot be combined.

2. Fee Retention Policy

• Eligible students can retain their course fee if they face sudden interruptions lasting 4 weeks or more, ensuring their rights at PTE APAC.
• Students can only retain fees after completing the full payment.
• Retention period: 3 months.

3. Fee Refund Policy

• Students can temporarily suspend their course for any reason and request a refund of the unattended course fee by notifying PTE APAC staff in writing at least 2 weeks in advance, with a 5% fee applied to the refunded amount.

Study Regulations

1. Absences and Tardiness

PTE APAC encourages students to cooperate closely on attending classes punctually and completing homework, as student effort largely determines learning outcomes.

2. Homework and Extracurricular Activities

• Students must be honest about their progress in speaking English and provide honest, objective feedback on the quality of PTE APAC teachers and staff.
• Students are required to complete and submit all homework assignments on time.
• Students are encouraged to fully participate in extracurricular activities to develop communication skills and apply English in real-life situations.
