Responsibilities: 

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and employees. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Maintain IT systems and networks. 

• System Maintenance: Install and configure software and hardware. Perform regular system updates and backups. Ensure the security of IT infrastructure. 

• Project Management: Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs. Implement new technologies to improve business processes. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional). 

Salary: salary will be influenced by level of experience and education, location of the job, and specific industry and company size.  

• Entry-Level: AUD 50,000 to AUD 70,000 per year. 

• Mid-Level: AUD 70,000 to AUD 100,000 per year. 

• Senior-Level: AUD 100,000 to AUD 130,000+ per year.
