This led to the founding of WORK AUSTRALIA, where Linh aims to help the people of Central Vietnam achieve fulfilling and prosperous lives. She has clearly articulated and emphasized the mission of WORK AUSTRALIA—to create new opportunities through education.

As a dedicated founder and leader, Linh demonstrates that education is more than just a job; it is a true mission to nurture the future of our community and nation.

With a focus on creativity and innovation, Phillip Nguyen recognizes that a business’s success is deeply rooted in the trust and commitment of its team members. His years of studying and working in the United States have endowed him with extensive knowledge and experience, which he has used to contribute significantly to the economic growth of his home country. Understanding this, Phillip envisions WORK AUSTRALIA as a gateway for Vietnamese individuals to access the international market.

Phillip is a successful entrepreneur and a shrewd investor. He currently holds key positions in major domestic corporations and oversees the operations of four prosperous development companies. His exemplary career serves as an inspiration for the younger generation in Vietnam, embodying hard work and success.

RODERICK GLASS

Roderick Glass boasts 45 years of leadership experience in organizational, academic, and research sectors. Having worked and lived in 16 different countries, he has ultimately chosen Da Nang as his final destination.

Throughout his career, Roderick has lectured and conducted research at esteemed institutions such as the University of Southern Queensland and the Royal Institute of Research Singapore. His contributions to research and business development have earned him numerous awards from Australia and around the world. In addition to his academic and research pursuits, he represents the Australian Chamber of Commerce (Auscham) in Central Vietnam, where his mission is to support local businesses through advocacy, development, and training.

DERRICK PHAM NGUYEN TU

Derrick works with Pham Lawyers as a migration law consultant. Derrick possesses a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Laws and Procedures (Victoria University). Derrick is a registered migration agent (MARN 1280199).
